When we talk about f is very important to think about our different needs like persons, it’s not the same thing speak about cooking for a student as cooking for an athlete, or cooking for a sick person. Factors like time, likes, metabolic needs and energy expenditure are very important to consider and decide what is the meal what we are going to cook and eat
In my case that I am a student the principal and favorite meal in my diet for a thing of time and taste is noodles. Noodles are a very quick and tasty recipe for muddle through. I like to cook it when I’m short of time, when I need to study but also need to eat, and more in my case that I live alone. The special touch of this meal is its very different combinations of sauces that we can do; white sauces, Bolognese sauces, whatever we imagine.

For my part i prepare it in this way: First I put water to heat and begin to gather the ingredients to chop, so I optimize time. When water is heated i put it with oil and salt in a pot over a high flame. I add noodles in the pot and I wait about 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. While, I get to make the sauce with what I have on hand; in a skillet with a little of oil i add chopped onion, corn kernels, mushrooms, whatever tastes good, and I add spices. I fry it for a few minutes and I add tomato sauce or milk cream, it depends of what I have in my fridge. I let sauce cook another couple of minutes more while i strain noodles, to finally serve it up.
